Settlement of Wagers

  1. Statistics provided by the official score(s) provider or the official website of the relevant competition will be used to settle wagers. Where statistics from an official score(s) provider or official website are not available or there is significant evidence that the official score(s) provider or official website is incorrect, we will use independent evidence to support bet settlement.

  2. In the absence of consistent, independent evidence or in the presence of significant conflicting evidence, bets will be settled after a thorough investigation.

  3. SX Bet does not recognize postponed games, protests or overturned decisions for wagering purposes. As long as the event is played on the schedule day all bets have action. If inclement weather (or similar delay) pushes the start time past midnight local time, but the game is still played, all bets have action.

  4. All settlements will follow the betting rules of each individual sport included in the Parlay.

  5. For a “Parlay WIN” bet to win, ALL legs of the bet must be graded as a win.

  6. In the event one or more legs of a “Parlay WIN” bet is reported as a Loss and no leg is reported as Void or a Tie, “Parlay WIN” bet will be reported as a Loss.

  7. Bettors are also capable of betting against a Parlay by selecting "Parlay LOSE", where "Parlay LOSE" refers to any outcome that is different from the Parlay described that does not result in the Parlay becoming void.

  8. When betting “Parlay LOSE” one or more of the parlay legs must be reported as a loss and NO legs are reported as Void or a Tie for the bet to win.

  9. In the event one or more leg of a “Parlay LOSE” bet is reported as Void or a Tie, the “Parlay LOSE” bet will be reported as void.

If one of the events in a Parlay is considered void or a tie, the entire Parlay bet will be considered void and the initial wager will be refunded.

Treatment for Double Header Events

  1. If the Parlay includes a market where a team plays twice during the same day, all parlays will indicate which of the two games it is dependent on. If there is no indication of which game the parlay is including, all settlements will be determined based on the first game of the double header.

Shortening of Team Names in Parlays

  1. Team names in Parlays are subject to shortening, in which the City of the team will be shorted to either 2 or 3 letters depending on the accepted short form of each city. For example, the Tampa Bay Lightning can be shortened to TB Lightning. The Toronto Maple Leafs can be shorted to TOR Maple Leafs.

Player Prop Rules

  1. If a parlay includes a Player Prop, the player must enter the game. If the Player listed in the Prop does not play in the game the parlay will be considered VOID.

  2. If a parlay includes a Player Prop and the Player is injured during the game, the market will still be considered to have action.
