At SX Bet, we offer two types of promotions: Unlock Offers and Special Offers. Here’s a breakdown of how each works and how you can take full advantage of them.
Unlock Offers
With unlock offers, you unlock bet credits at a specific unlock rate. For example, $200 in bet credits unlocking at 50%, means you have to make $400 in qualifying bets to unlock the full $200 in bet credits, in other words, bet $400 get $200. This also means multiple bets are permitted with unlock offers.
Enroll in the Offer: Head to the Promos Page on SX Bet and join the offer.
Place Your Bets: Place qualifying bets that meet the requirements set by the offer (like minimum odds or specific markets).
Receive Bet Credits: Bet credits will automatically unlock when the market settles. You don’t have to wait or follow up—everything is automated!
Note: Bets must be settled before the qualifying period. You can only be enrolled in one Unlock Offer at a time.
Special Offers
We will occasionally create Special Offers that are managed directly by our team. Unlike Unlock Promotions, these special offers don’t require you to enroll on the Promos Page. You can even be enrolled in an Unlock Promotion and still take advantage of a Special Offer simultaneously.
How Special Offers Work:
Bet credits are generally processed and paid out within 48 hours after the qualifying period has ended.
If it’s a Special Offer, just place your qualifying bets directly. If you haven’t received your credits after 72 hours, contact support.
General Terms
Bet Placed: You placed a bet within the qualifying period.
Bet Settled: The market you placed a bet on has settled within the qualifying period.
Qualifying Period: Operates on EST timezone.
Odd Minimum: The minimum odds required for a qualifying bet.
Terms & Conditions: Please review the terms and conditions associated with the specific offer. Multi-accounting, bet washing or any fraudulent actions will result in bet credits not being paid out.
Can't Find Your Promo?
First, check the bottom of the offer email to confirm the wallet address associated with the promotion. Make sure you're logged in with the credentials linked to that wallet address.
Unlock Offers: If you don’t see the offer listed, contact our support team for further assistance.
Special Offers: Place your qualifying bets. These offers are generally paid out within 48 hours. If you haven’t received your bet credits in over 72 hours, contact our support team.
